After hearing about hot yoga almost everyday from one person or another, I finally got up the nerve to check it out myself. Having never tried any sort of yoga before, I was a little nervous and not quite sure what to expect. To my surprise, the atmosphere at Hot Asana Yoga Studio & Boutique was welcoming from the start and extremely friendly to beginners, like myself. The instructor would offer less-intense alternatives for the beginners while still allowing everyone to reach their limits and get a nice workout.
I would recommend Hot Asana to anyone looking to see what yoga is all about and find out what they are capable of. Teen classes are available throughout the week, as are a wide range of other classes designed to cater to the individuals specific preferences and levels of experience.
