Butler Constructs is a specialty contracting company with in-house design services.  We work closely with clients to provide them with tailored design concepts which are innovative and environmentally conscious, while remaining cost efficient and practical. Butler Contructs is unique in our capability to transfer from the design phase to the management and responsible party that permits, bids, builds, and maintains your project.

Designer/Owner Sean Butler is a fourth generation native of Southern Pines. Working as the designer and owner consultant, Sean will take your project from start to finish with full accountability, efficiency and 100% of the original design value retained.  He received his degree in Landscape Architecture from NC State and has previously worked as a designer for Land Design Inc., an international engineering, surveying, graphic design and landscape architecture firm. Sean also has served as an owner and designer for the home building company, NuTraditions, which has built quality custom homes in our area. Currently he serves as a member on the Southern Pines Planning Board.
